VILLA DORIA D'ANGRI

Villa Doria D’Angri: Elegance, History, and Neapolitan Charm
Perched in a panoramic location overlooking the Gulf of Naples and Capri, Villa Doria D’Angri is a masterpiece of Romantic Classicism.
Built in 1809 by Prince Marcantonio Doria D’Angri, the villa has welcomed numerous distinguished guests over the years, including Richard Wagner, who composed parts of his legendary Parsifal here.
Later, the villa became the home of the S. Dorotea Institute, where Lorenza spent her childhood, attending classes and celebrating her First Communion. Today, 32 years later, she returns to Villa Doria D’Angri to marry in the very same place that holds her most cherished memories, turning her personal history into a moment of pure magic.

Today, the villa also serves as the splendid home of Parthenope University, hosting cultural events and special occasions.
Villa Doria D’Angri is more than history and art: it is a place that captivates, inspires, and transports anyone who enters on a journey through culture, music, and the sea.
